1. Order Cancellation

  • You can request an order cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order. Simply contact our customer support team to initiate the cancellation process.
  • Once the order processing begins and is shipped out we regret that cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.

2. Order Returns

  • We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused products within 15 days of receipt. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations.

3. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in its original condition, unaltered, and unused.
  • All packaging, tags, and labels must remain intact.

Note: If a coupon code was used during the purchase, the item(s) cannot be returned or canceled.

3. Refunds:

  • If your return or exchange request is approved, refunds will be issued in the form of store credits, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, including the cost of doing so, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately along with images and videos attached, and we will address the issue promptly. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
